Agreement to Terms: By downloading, installing, or using Water Eject Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Water Eject Co mobile application (“App”) operated by Water Eject Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Water Eject Co is an iOS mobile application that provides:

  • Water Ejection Technology: Sound-based water removal from device speakers
  • Audio Analysis Tools: Decibel measurement, frequency generation, and speaker testing
  • Premium Features: Enhanced functionality available through subscription
  • In-App Advertising: Relevant advertisements to support free app features
  • Game Center Integration: Achievements and social features

3. License and Usage Rights

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
  • Copy, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Responsible Use

5. Water Ejection Feature – Important Disclaimers

Important Safety Information: The water ejection feature is designed to assist with water removal but is not guaranteed to prevent all water damage. Always follow proper device care practices.

Functionality Disclaimer

  • Water ejection effectiveness may vary by device model and water exposure level
  • The feature should be used as soon as possible after water exposure
  • Severe water damage may require professional repair services
  • The App cannot prevent all forms of liquid damage

Limitations

  • Results are not guaranteed and may vary by situation
  • The App cannot repair existing water damage
  • Professional repair may still be necessary
  • Some devices may be more responsive than others

6. Premium Subscriptions

Subscription Terms

  • Premium features require an active subscription
  • Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store
  • Billing is handled by Apple according to their terms
  • RevenueCat processes subscription data and provides subscription management services
  • Auto-renewal can be disabled in iOS Settings

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made through your Apple ID account
  • Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policy
  • RevenueCat will synchronize subscription status changes
  • Access to premium features ends when subscription expires
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription periods

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Audio data is processed locally on your device
  • We do not store or transmit your audio recordings
  • Usage analytics are collected via Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Advertising data is collected via AdMob for personalized ads
  • Subscription data is processed via RevenueCat

  • AdMob may collect device identifiers for advertising purposes

Our Rights

The App and all related content, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, sounds, and user interface, are owned by Water Eject Co and protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Rights

  • Apple, iPhone, iOS, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
  • Game Center is a service provided by Apple Inc.
  • All third-party trademarks are property of their respective owners

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimers

AS-IS BASIS: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All defects will be corrected
  • The App is free from viruses or harmful components
  • Water ejection will be 100% effective in all cases

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WATER EJECT CO BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Device damage or malfunction
  • Water damage not prevented by the App
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the App or subscription

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Water Eject Co, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit or share through the App

11. Updates and Modifications

App Updates

  • We may release updates to improve functionality and security
  • Some updates may be required for continued use
  • New features may be added or removed in updates
  • We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version

Terms Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
  • Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • You should review these Terms periodically

12. Termination

Termination by You

  • You may stop using the App at any time
  • Delete the App from your device to terminate your license
  • Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in prohibited activities
  • Provide false information
  • Use the App in ways that harm our service or other users

13. Geographic Restrictions

The App is available through the Apple App Store in regions where Apple operates. Availability may vary by country, and local laws may apply to your use of the App.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Water Eject Co regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
